Terms of Service
The ground rules for using this site and the phone line.
Using this site
This site gives general information about plumbing services in Placentia, CA. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection, and a guide cannot diagnose your specific pipe or fixture.
Calls may be recorded
By calling (714) 750-8637 you understand that the call may be recorded for quality, training and record keeping. If you do not agree, tell the dispatcher at the start of the call.
Prices and scheduling
A clear price is given before work starts. The price given on the call or at the visit is the price for the work described. If the scope changes, the new price is explained before the extra work begins. Same-day appointments are offered when available, and arrival times are estimates that depend on traffic and earlier jobs.
Licensing and insurance
Plumbing work is done by licensed plumbers under insurance. You can verify any California contractor license with the Contractors State License Board.
Permits
Some work, such as water heaters, water lines and gas outlets, may need a city permit. The plumber will tell you when one is needed and who is responsible for it before work begins.
Information on this site
We work to keep the pages accurate, but codes, utility details and city services change. Check with the City of Placentia, your water utility or the Contractors State License Board for current official information.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Placentia Pro Plumbing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits rights you have under California law that cannot be waived.
Third-party links and maps
The site embeds Google Maps and loads fonts from Google. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one on this page.
Contact
Placentia Pro Plumbing, 194 East Yorba Linda Blvd, Placentia, CA 92870. Phone (714) 750-8637. Email contact@proplumbingplacentia.com.
Emergency use
If anyone is in danger, call 911 first. For a gas smell, leave the building and call SoCalGas at 1-800-427-2200 or 911 if there is danger. This site and the plumbing line do not replace emergency services.
No forms and no online bookings
Service is arranged by phone. The site does not take bookings or payments, and nothing on it creates a contract until a plumber agrees to a job and a price with you.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own the property or have the owner's permission to approve work. You agree to give safe access to the work area and to tell the plumber about hazards such as gas, standing water near electrics or pets.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
